Troopers make arrests in New Hartford generator theft

Three men are now charged after a theft from Cazenovia Equipment in New Hartford

It took three months, but State Police have now wrapped up their investigation into a generator, stolen from a dealer's showroom, that turned up in a New Hartford pawn shop in early March.

Troopers say the Honda Generator was taken from Cazenovia Equipment on Route 5 in New Hartford on March 8th, and showed up in a New Hartford pawn shop.

William Bonsignore, 34, from Oneonta was arrested on April 23rd and charged with falsifying business records, as well as criminal possession of stolen property.

Lennon Maramarco, 27, from Plant Street in Utica was arrested on Wednesday, also charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.

The thirds suspect, also charged with Criminal Possession, is 49 year old Wayne Daniels from Saratoga Street in Utica. He was already in the Oneida County Jail on unrelated charges.
