Truck driver charged with DWI following tractor trailer crash in Sullivan

A truck driver from Brewerton was arrested for DWI on Friday after a truck crash on I-90 in the Town of Sullivan.

Witnesses reported seeing the tractor trailer, which was travelling westbound, veering from the roadway. It then crashed into dirt on the side of the road.

Troopers interviewed 29-year-old Steven T. Harding, of Brewerton, and found that he had been drinking.

Hardingâ??s BAC was found to be .07%, the legal limit for commercial drivers is .04% in New York State.

Harding is charged with operating a commercial motor vehicle while intoxicated and failure to use designated lane.
