21-year-old Brian T. Tumolo, of Manorville, NY was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance. Investigators say Tumolo sold heroin to two people, including Gabriel Gonzalez; both overdosed. Police seized 40 bags of heroin that they say Tumolo planned to sell.
Tumolo is being held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
On Monday, Gabriel Gonzalez, of Bridgeport, CT, was arrested and charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance after police say he sold heroin to a victim on the SUNY Oswego campus. That victim later died of what is believed to be a heroin overdose, police say.
