Two more arrested in Oswego's crackdown on drug sales

Oswegoâ??s Anti-Crime Team has made two additional arrests in a recent crackdown on heroin sales in the city.

Oswego City Policeâ??s Anti-Crime team worked with the Fulton Police Department to stop a vehicle on South 1st Street in the City of Fulton to execute a search warrant on Friday. The search warrant was related to the illegal possession and sale of heroin in the City of Oswego.

The two people within the car were arrested and police say they acted together on Friday to possess 63 bags of heroin with the intent to sell them in the cities of Fulton and Oswego.

29 year-old Kalee Polisse of Port Byron and 27 year-old Kenneth Williams III of Oswego are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. Williams faces an additional charge of criminal possession in relation to a separate investigation where police say he had 3.3 grams of cocaine he intended to sell.

Polisse and Williams were arraigned in Fulton City Court and remanded to Oswego County Correctional Facility. They are both set to appear in court on Wednesday. Williams was also arraigned in the Oswego City Court and is set to return there on April 15.
