Two Seneca Co. Water and Sewer Dept. employees accused of misconduct

Two employees of the Seneca County Water and Sewer Department are charged following an investigation into misconduct.
Seneca County Sheriffâ??s Deputies arrested 45-year-old Gordon A. Carroll Jr., of Willard, and charged him with two counts of official misconduct and one count of falsifying business records. The misconduct charge stems from allegations that Carroll was involved in activities related to his lawn mowing and scrap side businesses during county work hours. He is also accused of filing a false work activity log and time sheet with the county.
Also arrested is 29-year-old Kenneth E. Kline, of Ovid. Kline is charged with two counts of falsifying business records, stemming from the filing of false work activity logs and time sheets with Seneca County.
