Two Syracuse teens are facing charges after a shots-fired call on Park Street early Tuesday morning.
Syracuse Police officers were called to the 1100 block of Park Street at about 1:20 am for shots fired in the area. Witnesses described two suspects to the officers, saying they ran on foot after the shots were fired.
Officers were checking the area when they found the two suspects, one with a rifle. The two were taken into custody without incident. Police recovered the .22 caliber rifle that one of the suspects had thrown on the ground when he saw the officers.
Arrested were 16-year-old Farod Mosley, of Pond Street in Syracuse, and 17-year-old Christian Quinones, of Kirkpatrick Street in Syracuse. Both are charged with reckless endangerment and conspiracy. Quinones is also charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
