      Unconscious woman put in car - Syracuse police want help

      Syracuse police are asking the public for tips in finding out what happened to a woman who was apparently placed unconscious into a car by two men.

      According to police, the incident happened at about 5:30 p.m. Monday night in a parking lot located on the northwest corner of West Street and West Fayette Street in Syracuse.

      A witness to the event notified police that he saw two men placing the unconscious or incapacitated female into a white four door car.

      The witness described the men as in their twenties. One wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt and dark windbreaker style pants with a white stripe running length wise down each pant leg. The second male was wearing a dark colored sweatshirt and blue jean shorts.

      According to police, t here is no indication at this time that any criminal activity occurred, but police w ant to verify the safety of the female who appeared to be unconscious.
