A former Onondaga County sheriff TMs deputy who quit his job on the spot last fall when he was accused of having sexual contact with a teenager has now been arrested again.
Sheriff Kevin Walsh says detectives charged 35-year-old Alexander Nicholson of 134 Dewey Avenue with having a sexual relationship with an underage teenager. Investigators say a second victim has come forward.
Detectives say the second victim is a 16-year-old who told investigators he was subjected to sexual activity with Nicholson in June of 2010.
Nicholson was arraigned in the City of Syracuse Court this afternoon where bail was set in the amount of $5,000 cash or $5,000 bond.
Criminal sexual act in the 3rd degree is a class E felony and endangering the welfare of a child is a class A misdemeanor.
