Urban Video Project about to expand to 3rd location

These two Weimaraners are part of the William Wegman video that has its world premiere showing on the walls of Syracuse's Everson Museum

William Wegman is the headliner right now, with his Weimaraners gracing the side of Syracuse's Everson Museum in a world premier video. His 'Flo Flow, specifically created for the Urban Video Project, features a pair of the gray dogs, clearly watching--and reacting to---something behind the camera. It shows through May, dusk to 11pm Thursday to Sunday nights.

The Everson is one site for the projected art videos. Syracuse Stage is a second, and Jeffrey Hoone, executive director of Light Works, says the SU Warehouse on the edge of Armory Square is about to be a third. Hoone says the videos brighten the nighttime urban landscape, but are also a different medium for artists to show their style.
