Utica man accused of threatening to kill ex-girlfriend
A Utica man is accused of threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend.
Utica Police say 29-year-old Jessie Dennis, of Lorraine Avenue took his ex-girlfriends house keys and threatened to kill her. It happened around 3:40 a.m. on March 30.
Police arrested Dennis during a traffic stop. They say he was following his ex-girlfriend from a house party on Dudley Avenue. Dennis is accused of approaching her, saying he was going to kill everyone in the car.
Dennis is charged with reckless endangerment, reckless endangerment to property, criminal possession of marijuana, reckless driving and aggravated unlicensed operation.
The female victim was also arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation for having a suspended driverâ??s license.
