Utica man arrested for inappropriate touching, second time in a month

Joseph Berg

A Utica man has been arrested twice for inappropriately touching females in two separate incidents over the last month.

Police say 47-year-old Joseph Berg, of Elm Street, was charged with forcible touching after police responded to a home on the 1500 block of Elm Street for a harassment call.

Police say Berg placed his hands underneath the shirt of a 34-year-old woman and grabbed her breast.

Last month Berg allegedly touched a disabled female's intimate body parts while working as a bus aide. He was arrested on March 5th for the inappropriate touching incident.
