Utica man charged with DWI after crash, BAC over three times the legal limit

A Utica man was arrested for DWI with a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit after allegedly rear-ending a vehicle and then leaving the scene on Sunday.
Utica Police say 20-year-old John Hser, of Utica, allegedly rear-ended another vehicle that was stopped for the traffic light on Elm Street at Eagle Street and then left the scene of the accident.
Hser was later located by police and arrested for drunk driving and leaving the scene.
Police say a chemical found that Hserâ??s blood alcohol content was .26%, more than three times the legal limit.
Nash was charged with DWI, DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher, Aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content over .18%, leaving the scene of an accident, and following too close.
