A Waterloo man is facing numerous charges following a drug bust at his home.
28-year-old Eric Rivera, of 130 East Elisha Street Apt. 5, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Seneca County Sheriff's deputies and Waterloo police executed a search warrant at his home Tuesday. Investigators say they seized cocaine, ecstasy and marijuana which were allegedly packaged for drug sales. Authorities say they also seized drug scales and a pair of brass knuckles.
Investigators say Rivera was selling crack cocaine out of his home on two different occasions. River is a level 2 registered sex offender. He was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. He's due back in court on Friday.
More charges are pending in the case.
