Western New York woman charged with drunk driving twice within five hours

State police say they've arrested a western New York woman on drunken driving charges twice within five hours.

Troopers say they charged 43-year-old Terilee Dodge of Buffalo with driving while intoxicated around 8:45 p.m. Wednesday in the rural town of Yorkshire, in northern Cattaraugus County 30 miles southeast of Buffalo.

Troopers say the arrest was made after an off-duty sheriff's deputy noticed that Dodge had open alcohol containers in her vehicle after she pulled into the parking lot at a deli.

Police say she was arrested again on a DWI charge in the same town around 1:30 a.m. Thursday after a trooper pulled her over for having no tail lights.

It couldn't be determined if Dodge had a lawyer.
