Oneida, Yates, Seneca, Cayuga, Onondaga, Schuyler, Tompkins, Madison, Cortland, Wayne, Oswego, and Jefferson counties through this evening.
A wind advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph and/or wind gusts of 45 mph are expected. This could cause some minor damage to trees, power lines and very weak structures.
