Woman arrested for DWI after deputies say she hit a pedestrian with her car in Waterloo

A Seneca County woman is facing charges after Sheriffâ??s Deputies say she hit a pedestrian with her car.
31-year-old Jessica G. Campbell, of Stanton Drive, was driving on Mills Road in Waterloo when deputies say she hit a pedestrian walking on the side of the road. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital for treatment of an elbow injury.
The investigation showed that Campbell was intoxicated at the time of the incident. She is charged with DWI, moved from lane unsafely and reckless endangerment.
She was given appearance tickets and is due back in court on September 18.
