What should I wear outside?: A winter jacket will be necessary. You will also need to wear a hat and gloves or mittens. Of course, it is ultimately your decision on what you think you and your children should wear.
Any notable driving conditions?: There was a coating of snow overnight. Overall, in CNY, roads are in good shape. However, heavy lake effect snow continues across portions of Jefferson and Lewis counties. Hazardous driving conditions are likely in those areas.
