      Any notable driving condition issues?: None in CNY. However, intense lake effect snow continues to crush southern Jefferson, extreme NW Lewis and near the Oswego-Jefferson county border. Driving will be difficult to near impossible inside the heaviest snow bands in those areas this morning.

      Afternoon ride home on the bus: Temperatures will be between 14 to 19°. Wind chill: near 0°. Clouds and intervals of sunshine with scattered flurries in CNY. Lake effect snow will be likely northeast of Lake Ontario. Wind will be SW 10-20 MPH. The sun will set at 4:47pm.
