Sky condition & precipitation: Skies are mainly clear over CNY. No precipitation is located over CNY. Lake effect cloud coverage is occurring directly east of Lake Ontario. There may be a few flurries in the cloudiness east of Lake Ontario. When there is precipitation, look at Interactive Doppler Radar and Triple Doppler Radar.
What should I wear outside?: A winter jacket is necessary this morning. A hat and gloves would be a good idea to wear, too. Of course, it is ultimately your decision on what you think you and your children should wear.
