What should I wear outside?: A winter jacket will be necessary. A hat and gloves will also be a good idea. Of course, it is ultimately your decision on what you think you and your children should wear.

Any notable driving condition issues?: Untreated roads, sidewalks and driveway will be snow covered and slippery. However, many immediate CNY major roads are doing well.
