      Your chance to meet Miss America Nina Davuluri

      Fayetteville native Nina Davuluri, who was crowned Miss America 2014, will return to Syracuse for a homecoming celebration this weekend. The three-day celebration will be held November 16-18.

      The following events are planned:

      Miss America Autograph and photo SessionSaturday, November 162:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.Destiny USA Mall, 1st floor Commons LevelAdmission is $10 per person or child with parent. No advance purchase necessary. Miss America Top 5 finalists and special guests will also be on hand. Photos are allowed.

      Miss America Homecoming Reception Bollywood-inspired6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.Oncenter BallroomTickets are $50 per person, cocktail attire, Bollywood style encouraged. Miss America will officially crown Miss NY, Amanda Mason. Bollywood dance performances and fashion shows will be a part of the evening's entertainment. Miss America organization and Miss NY Organization Executives and board members will be in attendance, along with other New York State dignitaries. A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit 'Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital

      Miss America Homecoming: Live on StageSunday, November 172 p.m.Landmark TheatreTickets are $25 for adults and $15 for children under 18 years old and students. Miss America, the four runners up, and other titleholders will perform their Miss America talents live on stage.
