Sky condition & precipitation: Mostly dry with partly to mostly cloudy skies. Isolated light rain showers over the region with scattered lake enhanced rain showers north of Syracuse.
Any notable driving condition issues: Where it is lightly raining, wet roadways are present.
Special concerns: No severe weather today, but localized lake enhanced rain will make for notable differences in the weather throughout the area.
Afternoon plans: Skies will continue to be partly sunny with isolated showers area wide becoming slightly more numerous by late afternoon. Localized lake enhanced rain showers will be to the north and northeast of Syracuse. Breezy and cool with highs in the upper 60s.
