Temperatures: 65-70° for most of central New York, 60-65° for the Adirondacks & hills well to the southeast of Onondaga County.
Sky condition & precipitation: Mostly cloudy skies with some very isolated rain showers, mostly light and most places dry. Some breaks of sunshine. Patchy early morning fog burns off.
Any notable driving condition issues: Isolated areas are seeing wet roads but mainly dry, just watch out early in the day for some light fog in spots.
Special concerns: Nothing severe for this morning, concerns for later today though.
Afternoon plans: We will see another warm and humid morning with breaks of sunshine. This will get temperatures quickly up to near or just above 80° and fire up some thunderstorms for later today. The storms in the afternoon will be scattered. But some may contain large hail, damaging winds and heavy rainfall. Best chance for this activity is after 2pm through 8pm. Temperatures fall late day into the lower 70s.
