Day 6 at the Fair: There's lots to see and learn at this Blue Ribbon Award winner
STATE FAIRGROUNDS -- The Horticulture Building is drawing big crowds as it has gone back to its roots this year.
There's more in interactive displays for things like apples, hops and New York grown nuts. The most crowded part of the market is the Taste New York Aisle, but the market is about more than tasting food; it's also about learning about food.
A perfect example is the honey exhibit. It has moved to a bigger space for this year and showcases several varieties of honey. The honey exhibit will be here the whole Fair. Others will be there for just a day, but all offer a new perspective on the food we produce locally.
That's why the Market at the Fair is our Blue Ribbon Award Winner for Day 6 at the Fair.
