Niko Tamurian goes one-on-one with SU Freshman Oshae Brissett
Oshae Brissett might just be the next fan favorite of Syracuse Basketball fans.
That may sound like a lofty prediction to make just a single exhibition game into the new season, but one look at the interview above and you'll understand why.
Brissett is mature beyond his 19 years, both intellectually and physically speaking.
For the intellectual part, you can hear a maturity and sincerity in his voice right away.
For the physical part, just watch him on the floor.
Brissett scored 17 points with 11 rebounds in Syracuse's win over Southern New Hampshire in an exhibition Tuesday.
He was the only freshman to start for Syracuse, which may or may not stay that way when Geno Thrope is healthy, but is telling nevertheless.
Oshae comes to Syracuse with a chip on his shoulder, wanting to show fans in the United States that basketball is on the rise in his native Canada.
