The Syracuse Orange Football team suffered another key injury in the loss to Pittsburgh.
Senior tight end Beckett Wales, a Venice Florida native suffered what's being called an upper-body injury in that game after making a season high 3 catches.
While Wales had just 10 catches so far in 2013, for his career he's 4th all time on the all-time receptions list for Syracuse University with 52 for 523 yards which is 7th best in school history.
The workload will be picked up by redshirt freshman Joshua Parris and true freshman Kendall Moore as the Orange hopes to secure a bowl bid in its season finale with a 3:30 kickoff against Boston College in the Carrier Dome on Saturday.
