More than 100 dogs raise more than $1000 at 3rd annual Pucks for Paws

Syracuse Crunch players heard more than cheers after they scored in their game against Albany on Saturday night, as more than 100 dogs invaded the War Memorial as a part of the third annual Pucks for Paws Night.

It did not matter how big or how small, what shape or color, the dozens of dogs were a sight to see at the War Memorial, and they enjoyed a 3-1 Crunch victory over Albany as well. It cost $5 for dogs on Saturday night, with all of those proceeds going to benefitting the Priscilla Mahar Animal Welfare Foundation.

Organizers say the more than 100 dogs helped raise at least 1500 dollars.
