The Syracuse women's basketball team (18-8, 7-6 ACC) started hot and stayed hot at Boston College (12-15, 3-10 ACC) on Sunday, winning 71-47.
SU sophomore guard Brianna Butler tied a career-high with seven three pointers, en route to a game-high 25 points. She made six of her seven threes in the first half, helping the Orange gain a 43-25 halftime lead.
Brittney Sykes scored 14 points, while Rachel Coffey made two threes and tallied 10 points and six assists in the winning effort.
The Orange stay on the road later this week, traveling to Coral Gables, FL to take on Miami on Thursday.
