Syracuse landmarks bathed in Orange light ahead of Final Four game

Old Carnegie Library lit up in orange

Downtown Syracuse is glowing orange ahead of the Syracuse University Men's Basketball team's Final Four appearance. Columbus Circle, the old Onondaga County Courthouse, War Memorial, Everson Museum and the former Carnegie Library are all bathed in orange light.

"As a community, we are proud of the tremendous accomplishments of our Syracuse Orange Men's Basketball team and Coach Jim Boeheim," Onondaga County Executive Joanie Mahoney said in a prepared news release. "When visitors come downtown, they will see our true colors shining on some of our most notable buildings," Mahoney said.
