The Syracuse Orange finished their exhibition trip to Canada with a 73-50 victory over the University of Ottawa on Saturday night.
The Orange only led by six points at the half, but used an 18-0 run at the beginning of the second half to cruise to the double-digit victory.
The SU big men played well, with sophomore center DaJuan Coleman scoring 26 points in 26 minutes, grabbing seven rebounds in the process. Junior forward Rakeem Christmas also held his own, recording a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
The Orange finish up their trip to Canada with a 4-0 record, and begin their season on November 8, against Cornell University in the Carrier Dome.
