Wary of Winter? Turning Stone has the answer for Central New York golfers

When you check out the local forecast and still see high temperatures in the 20â??s coming up this weekend, if youâ??re like most Central New Yorkers it certainly is frustrating.

If youâ??re a golfer, the frustration is taken to a whole new level.

But if youâ??re worried about the calendar nearly reaching April, and you havenâ??t gotten in your swings yet, Turning Stone may have the answer.

Turning Stone Resort already boasts the golf haven that is their Golf Dome but now there is a new element to the experience there.

Itâ??s the TaylorMade Tuned Performance Center, and itâ??s just the latest addition to the Sportsplex at Turning Stone.

Basically, the TaylorMade Tuned Performance Center will allow players to, yes, get their swings in. It also though, allows Central New Yorkers to get a head start on what they need to do for the 2014 season.

It helps players get fitted for clubs, and show them the best option of clubs within the TaylorMade brand.

Thereâ??s also the SAM Putter lab, which provides state of the art technology that measures every part of a playerâ??s putting stroke. It will allow golfers to see whatâ??s wrong with their stroke and perhaps end that inner struggle of whether a blade or a mallet putter is the way to go.

This addition to the Golf Dome gives Central New Yorkers an edge, as the next closest Golf destinations with these features are now in New York, Boston or Toronto.
