Amazing shot! Chittenango senior hits game-winning three with .9 seconds left

There's been some amazing performances in Section 3 basketball thus far in 2013-2014, but tonight a Chittenango senior made one of the best plays of the year.

With 0.9 seconds left on the clock, the Bears had the ball on the sideline, tied 48-48 with the Homer Trojans. Jordan Sass caught the pass, then threw up a fadeaway 25 footer, hitting nothing but net, winning the game. His teammates sprinted off the bench in celebration. The shot cliched Chittenango's second win of the season, moving to 2-13.

Sass did work before the penultimate shot though, scoring 15 of his 27 points in the 4th quarter. Joe Murray chipped in with six points in the fourth.
