Central Square wins close call with ESM
Emma Robinson paced Central Square with three goals to lead her team past East Syracuse Minoa by a final score of 10-8 in a girls lacrosse game at Spartan Stadium on Monday night.
Sam Cimilluca led the Redhawks in points with four while McKenzie Coleman and Alexis Grant added two goals apiece.
Olivia McEachron and Bella Talarico had two goals apiece for ESM. Four other Spartans registered one goal each.
Chloe Tassone saved 15 shots for Central Square, while Cara Miller had seven saves.
ESM will travel to Homer High School to take on the Trojans this Friday at 6:30 p.m.
Central Square's next matchup will be at Mexico Central High School, where they'll take on the Tigers at 6 p.m. on Thursday.
