Westhill girls lacrosse, Liverpool baseball get wins in nice weather

Lineup cards exchanged before Oswego and Liverpool baseball game

It was a busy day for High School sports in Central New York on Saturday.

On the baseball diamond, the Liverpool Warriors defeated the Oswego Buccaneers 6-4. Don Pauldine pitched a complete game with 8 strikeouts for the Warriors. Ryan Lavner had two doubles and drove in one run for Oswego.

Meanwhile, the Westhill Warriors defeated the Mexico Tigers 9-6 in girls lacrosse. Haileigh Farrell scored

three goals for the Warriors while Shelby Stack added two goals. Emma Andrews and Victoria Towndrow each had two goals for the Tigers.
