Victoria Carmen is the Weekend Anchor on NBC3, CBS5 and CW6.
She comes to Syracuse after spending two years in Fort Myers, Florida as weekday Sports Anchor for WZVN ABC7. Victoria, but call her Tori, also spent one year in Toledo, Ohio as the weekend Sports Anchor and Reporter at WNWO NBC24.
Believe it or not, Wyoming is where she got her start! Victoria spent two years in Casper serving as a weekend Sports Anchor and Reporter for KCWY News 13. She covered everything from high school football to the Daddy of 'Em All rodeo, Cheyenne Frontier Days. While in Wyo, she won 'Sportscaster of the Year' from the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters.
Victoria grew up just outside of Chicago and is graduate of Indiana University (Hoo-Hoo-Hoo-Hoosiers). She's the only child to a high school football coach and English teacher, and credits her love of sports and writing to her father. She played almost every sport growing up, but soccer was her passion.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Central New York, working out, spending time with her dog, Maximus, and cheering on the IU Hoosiers, Chicago Cubs, Blackhawks, Bears & the Cornell Big Red football team.
