SUNY Oswego alumnus Al Roker is returning to his alma mater with aspirations of setting a new world record.

Roker is returning to the campus on March 31st to wrap up "Rokerthon" and the Today Show's "Storming into the Madness College Tour." NBC will be broadcasting live from the SUNY Oswego campus that morning.

During his visit to SUNY Oswego, Roker and the campus community will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for longest conga line on ice.

The current world record stands at 353 skater, set in the United Kingdon in 2013. SUNY Oswego says it's hoping to get more than 400 skaters to volunteer to break the record at the Marano Campus Center arena.
