Allegiant Announces New Nonstop Service to FL

Allegiant Air announces new non-stop service from Syracuse's Hancock Airport to Ft. Myers/Punta Gorda, FL

Allegiant is announcing new nonstop service from Syracuse to Fort Myers / Punta Gorda, Florida via Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) starting November 15th, 2018.

To celebrate, the company is offering one-way fares on the new route for as little as $69.

“We’re very excited to grow again in Syracuse,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant vice president of planning and revenue. “The Syracuse community has been very supportive of Allegiant since we began service here in 2013, and we’re happy to offer area residents the opportunity to enjoy the sunny shores of Southwest Florida.”

The new flights will operate twice weekly.

The addition of the new route now allows Allegiant to serve six cities from Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR).

“Today we announce Allegiant’s sixth new nonstop market from Syracuse International Airport,” said Christina Callahan, Syracuse Hancock International Airport executive director. “We have watched Allegiant grow in our community, and serve our customers with affordable, nonstop flights to the places they want to go.”

There are some things you should know about the introductory one-way fares:

Seats are limited, prices include taxes and fees, fares are one way and are not available on all flights, flights must be purchased by August 22nd, 2018 for travel by Feb. 28, 2019.
