Bacon Festival returns to Clinton Square
SYRACUSE -- Bacon Festival is scheduled to return to downtown Syracuse on Saturday, August 18th.
It is the second straight year of the festival, which will feature familiar bacon favorites as well as new bacon creations from vendors.
The festival will cause road closures.
West Water Street will be closed from Clinton Street to Salina Street from 7:00 a.m. on Friday until early Sunday morning.
Erie Boulevard West from Clinton Street to Franklin Street, and Clinton Street from Genesee Street to Washington Street will be closed.
Additionally, the stretch of West Water Street between Clinton Street and Franklin Street will become a two-way road with no parking along the north curb.
