Christmas Eve baby marks 2,000 deliveries for St. Joseph's Hospital in 2016
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Just in time for Christmas a local area hospital reached a record number of baby delivers.
On Christmas Eve, St. Joseph’s Hospital reached its 2,000th baby delivery for 2016, a number they haven't seen in nearly a decade.
Baby Andrew Hart was born to parents Mary and Jeffrey Hart of Cicero at 4:24 a.m. on December 24th. He weighs 7 pounds 2 ounces.
The hospital notes that a single “delivery” may result in one or multiple babies. St. Joseph's has already surpassed 2,000 babies due to deliveries of twins, triplets and other multiples.
