Deputies: Whitestown Family Arrested in Prescription Drug Bust with Fentanyl

A Whitestown family faces felony drug charges accused of trafficking multiple types of prescription drugs that included large amounts of fentanyl.

According to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, 50-year-old Michelle DeBlois, 49-year-old Timothy Noble and 20-year-old Bethany Noble were all arrested on August 24 after arrest warrants were issued by a county judge.

The trio was indicted by a grand jury in August.

All three are charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, a class B felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a class B felony, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree, a class D felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree, a class D felony.

All were arraigned and sent to Oneida County Jail with bail.
