Fulton woman sentenced to 30 years for sexually exploiting a child
A Fulton woman was sentenced to 30 years in prison for sexually exploiting a child.
According to the United States Attorney Grant Jaquith, Tammy Lamere, 47, admitted to sexually abusing a child from 2010 to 2013 when the child was between the ages of five and nine-years-old. She also admitted that the abuse was photographed on at least 11 occasions.
Clif Seaway is also serving time in connection to the abuse. He was sentenced to 360 years for two counts of conspiracy to sexually exploit children and ten counts of sexual exploitation of a child. Lamere admitted to abusing the child with Seaway, according to officials.
Jaquith says Lamere was also sentenced to 15 years post-release supervision and will also have to register as a sex offender.
Tammy Martin, 46, will also serve 90 years in prison. She pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual exploitation of a child, according to officials.
This case was investigated by New York State Police and the United States Department of Homeland Security.
