Health department confirms Legionella case in Cayuga County

The Cayuga County Health Department confirms a case of Legionella turned up at an apartment complex.

A person in Moravia reported the case to the health department last week.

They're now being treated at an area hospital for a type of pneumonia caused by the bacteria.
