A big pay day is coming for a Madison County woman. She's about to become Central New York's newest millionaire.

State lottery officials say Lori McGee of Bridgeport won $1 million on a "20X the Bills" scratch-off ticket.

Officials say McGee, 57, bought the ticket at the Kwik Fill gas station on Route 31 in Cicero. It wasn't until she was home that McGee that scratched her tickets and matched one of her numbers to a winning number to win a $1 million jackpot prize.

"I was in shock," McGee said. "I looked at it over and over and over. I even got out the magnifying glass."

McGee will receive her prize in a net check totaling in $33,590 annually for 20 years. Her plans for the money include "taking care of Tim and Lori", as well as their children and giving some away during the holidays.

"It would be fun to walk around town and hand out $50's to everyone," said McGee.

The lucky winner received her giant check at the Kwik Fill gas station during a press interview with Yolanda Vega of the New York State Lottery.
