Man taken to Upstate after crash in Oswego County
HANNIBAL, N.Y. —
A man was airlifted to Upstate University Hospital after a crash in the Town of Hannibal, according to the Oswego County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies say they responded to State Route 104 south of South Blythe Road for a two-car crash.
The investigation revealed that 27-year-old Anthony Vera was driving a 2001 Mazda south on Route 104 when he crossed into the northbound lane and sideswiped a dump truck.
Vera was airlifted to Upstate University Hospital. Officials say his condition is unknown at this time.
The driver of the dump truck was taken to Oswego Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The crash is still under investigation.
