Quilts needed for Cabin Fever Show

The State Fair is not the only place you can go to see locally-made quilts, however a big winter show is changing its entry requirements this year

Syracuse's Betts Library is getting ready to stage its 37th annual quilt show---and needs submissions.

Because of renovations in the Valley branch, there are some changes in what can be accepted for the February show, according to Librarian Jane Kalkbrenner: only lap quilt size or smaller pieces can be displayed.
However, all pieces that are submitted which meet the smaller size requirement will be a part of the show.

Drop-offs and registration are accepted during library hours until Friday January 25th at 5pm (Sundays 1 - 5pm, Monday 9am-7:30pm, Tues 9am-5pm, Wed 9am-7:30pm, Thurs - Sat 9am-5pm)

The Cabin Fever Quilt Show runs February 1 - 28, library hours, at Betts Library on South Salina Street. You can look for free.
