Registration for Christmas Bureau begins this week

Onondaga County residents who want to get food or toys at this year's Christmas Bureau distribution must sign up over the next two weeks. Here's the schedule:

It's expected that 2,500 families (including 6,700 children) will be eligible for free food and toys, distributed by Onondaga County's Christmas Bureau this year.

Wednesday, Nov 29, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Huntington Family Center, 406 Gifford St Syracuse

Thursday Nov 30, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
& Friday , December 1, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Refugee Center (Gethsemane Methodist) 1700 Butternut St

Friday December 2, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Salina Civic Center 2826 Lemoyne Ave, Mattydale

Monday, December 4, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday, December 5, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m
Wednesday December 6, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
War Memorial Arena Memorial Hall, 800 S Salina St (ENTER at Box Office, State St)

Free Flu Shots (open to all) at the War Memorial on Dec 4 & 5 during signups.

Distribution Day will be December 20th, at the former JCPenney store in Shoppingtown, in DeWitt. Special buses will run to and from the CENTRO Transportation Hub during the 9 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. pickup times.
