Resolution expected this week in case against attorney Martin J. Rothschild

The case against attorney Martin J. Rothschild could be resolved this week.

In February, investigators raided Rothschild's office in East Syracuse and his home in Manlius. They took computers from both locations. Onondaga County District Attorney Bill Fitzpatrick said they were looking for evidence of child pornography.

Appearing on Inside Justice, our special segment on NBC3, Fitzpatrick said he expects a resolution in the Rothschild case this week as a grand jury wraps up its work.

There is no word yet how the case will be resolved.
