Several crews respond to crash between car and rescue truck

Several crews respond to car accident in Liverpool

A Liverpool Fire Department rescue truck was involved in an accident with another vehicle, according to The Liverpool Fire Department's Facebook page.

The accident occurred just after 9 p.m. Monday, at Oswego Road and Long Branch Road, according to Onondaga County 911.

Onondaga County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene, as well as the Liverpool Fire Department, Moyers Corners Fire Department, and an ambulance.

One person had to be removed from the car involved.

Several people were transported to an area hospital with non life threatening injuries, according to the Facebook post.
