State Police: Former Watertown couple arrested for sexual abuse of a child
WATERTOWN, N.Y. —
A Former Watertown couple was arrested for sexually abusing a child under the age of 11.
Troopers said Daniel Kemp,49, was charged with four counts of Sodomy and Shanynn Kemp, 50, was charged with three counts of sodomy.
The arrests are a result of an investigation into a victim reporting the abuse to the New York State Police and the Fort Bragg Investigation Command. Investigators said the Kemps were foster parents in Jefferson County between February 1998 and December 2000.
