Syracuse family displaced after house fire

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Officials are investigating the cause of a house fire on West Lynhurst street near S. Salina street.

Syracuse fire department said the fire broke out around 3:30 Thursday morning.

Everyone in the multi-family home made it out safely according to officials.

The Syracuse Fire Department said the home suffered minor damage only and mainly to the second floor where the family of 6 was living.
